Welcome to a channel focused on building a strong & balanced body. We will have lots of fun with daily workouts, such as HIIT, 1 hour workouts, bodyweight only, dumbbells, core & abs workouts plus many more! You will push past your comfort zone, embrace those burpees and finish feeling epic! The destination will no longer be the will be too busy enjoying the journey!

I am a mum of 2 beautiful children and a Certified Personal Trainer who quite frankly, loves how all aspects of fitness can make me and others feel.... the physical changes occur as a by product!

I have learnt so much from my own experiences such as regaining level of fitness following 2 childbirths, running marathons & ultra marathons across the globe, Ironman & triathlons and helping people be informed, grow and excel in their training!

    So you don't count calories? You workout and eat? I am only asking because everytime I count them and drop them I also find my energy drops and I have a hard time even finding the motivation to workout from the lack of energy.

Caroline's community is one of the best, I love how it doesn't focus on how many calories you burn or how many kg you loose, she is just out here building healthier and stronger people.     Still got a niggle in my shoulder so circling back around 5 days left in epic heat but may take me 10 to complete just making sure I don't aggravate anything! But if the day ever comes where Caroline takes on other ventures and doesn't upload daily I am so excited to redo epic 1 and 2 and even heat again so much choice spoilt x I can't believe the improvement on my hamstrings hell yeah xx

    EPIC HEAT 31/31!!! I didn't always follow the order of this 50 days but I know if I do one workout per day by the end of June I will be 50/50 and that's so BIG for me so I am really pushing myself now to not skipping a single day of workout from today!!! But anyway the most importantly, THANK YOU Caroline SO MUCH!!!! Love you!

    Yayyyyyy we did it ya’ll! I remember not completing the EMOM (day 45) in Caroline’s Epic 1 past 15 minutes in yet here I am! I crushed Epic 2 EMOM’s and today Epic Heat EMOM. I did have to make this my own workout and stuck to the modification (5 burpees instead of the 10 and regular squats instead of the hoping squats). Nonetheless, I am so proud of how far I have come, specially with increasing my tenacity to keep going despite fatigue, etc. Thank youuuuu Caroline!

    my body weight honestly never felt heavier especially the 40s of plank it felt longer than a minute honestly thank you caroline for starting my day off and easing my period cramps :D

    I gained 45 lbs since last year. I'm using this and replacing some of the knee bending with arm sets. Great job with the video I can't wait until I can move up to 30 mins.

    Yay! I finished this a week late today and a bit slow on the push ups because my right arm still hurts from the COVID shot I finally got on Friday. I wasn’t feeling well last week and decided to take some time off to completely recover. Then the shot completely destroyed me on Saturday with all possible side effects: fever, body and joint aches, migraine and nausea. I thought I would be weak today but these past 10 weeks have build up my strength so much, I was able to do 20-25 push ups at a time even with the sore right arm. Not gonna lie, I almost cried at the end when the confetti ran down. I feel so privileged to have gotten a shot in a country which is still struggling to vaccinate everyone and where the sad mark of 500k deaths will be reached in a few days (I’m not even gonna get into the politics of it all) . I also feel so privileged to have found your channel late last year to motivate me to keep active. You are amazing, Caroline! Thank you so much for this journey!! 🎉🎉 I think I’ll repeat some of my favorite epic I workouts this week and on to epic II next week! 💪💥🎊

    Coming back to finish EPIC 1 after heat… as always Caroline’s program is full of challenge even having been following her since Christmas.. arms are my weakness..though stronger for sure but still felt hard when trying to push for heavier… 😅😅 with happiness
