It's still really impressive to see of course, but so many people are posting like this is the first time we have ever seen images from Mars. The Viking lander sent back photos from Mars in 1975, and the Pathfinder rover landed there in 1997 and sent back amazing photos too. Quite a few rovers have followed since.

The story of ground missions to come with potential outcomes. Lean into an exaggerated the storyline of possibilities. Spend 0.2% of the budget towards a better modern theatrical presentation, even if generations away. The Mars Reset Colony ' Elonville will be an alternative place to live I hope. I wonder why I don’t see any fire burns from exhaust? I was thinking another Hollywood sh** conspiracy thingy. 🤣🤣 But then I realized Mars has a different atmospheric condition than Earth’s. Mars has a thin atmosphere with less to no oxygen at the ground, very small percentage of nitrogen and huge percentage of carbon dioxide. The exhaust burns would technically have a different effect on Mars. 🚀🔥 Thanks NASA and JPL for this great video! Keep it coming! What a great time to be alive! 🙂
